At Medorify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
- Once the order is processed/shipped, we cannot cancel it.
2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product or size sent compared to your order.
To request a return, please contact us at support@medorify.com with photos/videos as proof within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Refunds
Refunds are approved in the following situations:
- The item is never delivered within the guaranteed time (usually 30–60 days, depending on your country).
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is significantly different from the description.
Refunds are not approved for:
- Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier strikes.
- Customer provided incorrect address information.
- Change of mind after order is shipped.
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong or defective product, you may request a refund or reorder the correct product separately.
